Perishable Caviar Products

  • Return Limitations: Caviar cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 24 hrs with:
    • Photo proof
    • Order confirmation number
    • Issue description
    • Contact information

Quality Guarantee Process

  1. Assess immediately
  2. Ship replacement within 24 hrs
  3. Refund if replacement is impossible
  4. Offer complimentary upgrade

Non-Perishable Products & Accessories

  • Eligibility: Unopened items (spoons, gift sets) may be returned within 7 days if in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Process:

    2. Provide order number & reason
    3. Receive return authorization & prepaid label
    4. Ship within 5 days
