At A World of Caviars, we provide the highest quality luxury caviar products and exceptional service. Due to perishability, our return policy ensures food safety while honoring your satisfaction.
Perishable Caviar Products
- Return Limitations: Caviar cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
 - Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 24 hrs with:
• Photo proof
• Order confirmation number
• Issue description
• Contact information 
Quality Guarantee Process
- Assess immediately
 - Ship replacement within 24 hrs
 - Refund if replacement is impossible
 - Offer complimentary upgrade
 
Non-Perishable Products & Accessories
- Eligibility: Unopened items (spoons, gift sets) may be returned within 7 days if in original packaging with proof of purchase.
 - Process:
1. Email antoine@worldofcaviars.com within 7 days
2. Provide order number & reason
3. Receive return authorization & prepaid label
4. Ship within 5 days
