I’m Antoine Piccolo, coming from the North of France as the grandson of Italian immigrants. I grew up surrounded by the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine, as my grandparents were importing and distributing the finest foods across Europe. After graduating from EMLYON Business School – a triple-accredited institution ranked among the world’s top business schools – I arrived in Hong Kong in 2005, where I’ve spent two decades defining luxury gastronomy. My career includes pioneering work at Gourmet en Provence, where I achieved a remarkable turnover and launched over 25 luxury brands across Hong Kong and Macau markets. I’ve built lasting partnerships with culinary legends like Umberto Bombana and supplied premium ingredients to the Joël Robuchon group, establishing A World of Caviars as the culmination of this expertise.
